Twist X60 panniers with the Rail System is a classic of the genre. They are made of tear-resistant Cordura TPU - currently the most durable material from which bicycle panniers are made. These panniers are heat-sealed and coated which makes them waterproof. Closed with the well-known and proven pannier roll system. The X Modular System used in these panniers provides the user with the functionalities known from the Twist 60 model, and also allows you to install a lid, Mini Bag or Pocket - a harness in which you can carry, for example, a 1.5 liter bottle. You can combine these elements into a color palette that will be unique just for you. How much easier will it be to remember that the toolbox is in black and the first aid kit is in the red Mini Bag? More about the functionalities of the X Modular System can be found in this text. Mounting points on front, rear and side panels can be used to attach luggage or to compress a half-filled pannier. The advantage of Crosso products is their ease of repair. The glue from the set creates a flexible joint that permanently connects to the glued surfaces. The repair kit will be perfect for waterproof bags and panniers made of Cordura TPU, i.e. Twist and Expert product lines. If access to the damaged area allows, we glue the cut material from the inside. It is very important that the patch adheres perfectly to the repaired fabric with its entire surface. If, after the glue dries, you find that the edges of the patch stick out, apply glue to them, press them down and put them aside to dry.

The Zipper Tangent bikepacking bag is a tailor-made option for those who want to utilize the cargo potential of their bike frame’s main triangle to the last square inch. This is a bag that is made-to-measure especially for you. The edges in contact with the frame along their entire length are equipped with a system of loops which enable fastening the bag with Velcro in the most convenient places. The set includes eight fixing straps lined with non-slip material that stabilizes the bag and protects the frame. Three of the straps are longer so that they can be used with the main pipe, which usually has a larger gage. If they turn out too long for your frame, shorten the hemless side using scissors. The Zipper Tangent is made of Cordura TPU, a material that is extremely resistant to abrasion. A thick inner layer of thermoplastic polyurethane provides the fabric with complete and lasting waterproofness. Instead of rolling them three times, you just need to roll them twice – this way, you will have extra space in your pannier and the lid will protect your luggage from dust, mud and water. The lid will also come in handy when you don’t want to open the back pannier every time you want to pull out your outer garment. You can put a sweatshirt or a windbreaker under the lid, so it’s always at hand when you stop for a break and want to keep warm.
