Expert 66 Click System are reliable bicycle panniers – durable, waterproof, capacious and functional.
In production we use Cordura TPU, i.e. a material characterized by high resistance to abrasion and tearing. At the same time the pannier is light and soft in touch.
The Expert 66 has a fully tight polyurethane (read more about this technology below) coating and a double closing system including rolling and a hood which protects the contents not only from heavy rain, but even during momentary full immersion of the pannier in water!

The Expert pannier set (left and right) provides as much as 66 liters of capacity, but if you don’t need that much, you can adjust the volume by rolling the pannier tighter, compressing the pockets and pulling down the hood – see the video below:
The Pocket 3 external pockets are attached to the back of the pannier with a special harness.
This system provides easy access to the contents of the pocket as well as quick detachment of the entire pocket and the possibility of taking it with you, for example, inside a store where you stopped your bike.
Thanks to the attached shoulder strap, it becomes a convenient bag for things that you always have with you when shopping or sightseeing.
You can use the pocket harness to transport other items weighing up to 1.5 kg.
It is also a perfect compartment for a water bottle.
Inside the hood there is a pocket for small items.
For our Expert 66 panniers we use the best durable buckles from renowned manufacturers.
Polyurethane is a plastic material that we use to coat Cordura. It ensures very precise, strong and tight welding of the pannier in high frequency (so-called HF). We are the only manufacturer of bicycle panniers in Poland and one of the few in Europe using this technology which:
- makes Cordura fully sealed
- is soft and pleasant to the touch
- compared to materials with PVC coating:
a) has better adhesion to the carrier (Cordura) – higher durability,
b) has better resistance to mechanical damage, such as friction,
c) withstands more kneading cycles – does not flake off on bends,
d) stiffens less during frost,
e) retains a fresh look for longer,f) does not contain PVC;
