Warranty up to 5 years!

Standardly, all our products are covered by a 24-month warranty by law. According to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, it includes the seller's liability toward the buyer if the sold item has a physical defect.

In the case of Crosso products, the warranty covers:

• • non-conformity of the sold item with the description on the product card in our store,
  • lack of product properties, of which the seller informed the buyer on the product card when concluding the purchase agreement,
  • receiving an incomplete item or one with a physical defect;
