How to file a warranty claim?

If your product is eligible for a warranty (24 months from the date of purchase) or an extended guarantee (depending on the type of device – details here):

1. Fill out the electronic form on this page and add a note with your name and order number to the package with the returned goods, so that we know who sent us the product.

2. Clean the equipment you are sending to us so that neither our hands nor the machines get dirty when touching it.

3. Send the returned goods to the following address: Crosso, Siedzikowny Street 13, 15-130 Bialystok, Poland or use the free shipping option via szybkiezwroty.pl if you live in Poland.

4. After receiving the shipment with the complained product, we will review it and contact you with a proposal to solve the problem.

    After sending the form, please pack the product you are complaining about and send it to the following address: CROSSO, Danuty Siedzikowny Street 13, 15-130 Bialystok, Poland. Be sure to add a note with your name, surname and order number to the package so that we know who sent us the product.
