Bottom hook of the Rail & Click System is a spare part of both those mounting systems. The hook can be rotated every 45 degrees to find the optimal position in relation to the bicycle rack. As supplied complete with washer and screw. The bottom rail is not included in this product.
These hooks are fully compatible with the previous versions of panniers with the Click mounting system.
